Covering the black wire with zinc metal prevents rusting or corrosion of the wire, which increases the resistance of the wire to moisture. Galvanizing the wire is done in two ways, hot and cold, and the hot method has a higher quality and more cost. Galvanized wire, apart from its application in agriculture and construction industry, is mostly used as a raw material for the production of fence mesh, gabion, poultry netting, barbed wire, and rabbits wire.
